FABRIC
- All Fabrics have natural characteristics that are not defects. Irregularities such as shading, slabs and loom separations are characteristics of natural yarns and are therefore unavoidable.
- Please examine your order carefully. There will be no cancellations once the Fabric has been cut.
- On all Fabrics, the minimum order is one yard.
- Please be aware that every monitor displays colors differently. Samples can be ordered for clarity, and are recommended to avoid dye-lot errors.
- Pictures might not always reflect exact color of Fabric.
- Fabrics are rolled onto tubes, to protect it from getting wrinkled or damaged.
SAMPLES
- Samples will be cut from the bolt of fabric or trim that will be shipped to customers.
- Please be aware that every monitor displays colors differently.
- Requesting samples is recommended to avoid dye-lot errors.
- We sell Sample Swatches of most of our products.
- Standard size for “Fabric Sample” is 4″ x 8″.
- If for some reason the sample option is unavailable on a Finish Product, Please contact us through Customer Service, or by Telephone
- Samples are for color reference only. We cannot guarantee the full pattern on the swatch.
- Please note that Samples cannot be returned for refunds or credits.
- Sample orders cannot be tracked.
