  • All fabrics have natural characteristics that are not defects. Irregularities such as shading, slabs and loom separations are characteristics of natural yarns and are therefore unavoidable.
  • If an order is placed on an item that is currently unavailable, the customer will be informed and the order will be placed on hold or cancelled, depending on the customer’s decision.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to update information at any time without prior notice to you.
  • Dye-lots may vary from bolts of merchandise. That is why we ask our customers to request for a sample, to avoid complications.
  • If an item is listed on our website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, then at our sole discretion we reserve the right to refuse orders for that item, to contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
  • We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.
  • Our website may not be up to date, or may be missing information and have errors such as; Spelling, Information, Horizontal and Vertical repeats, Fabric width, Trim and Tieback length.
